If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the product and would like to return it, we are more than happy to assist you with a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and returned in a resalable condition. The package must be in its original state, unopened, along with the invoice.   • We recommend packing return packages carefully to prevent damage in transit. (It is advisable to use a Royal Mail tracked service).

Refund Process

Refund Options

  • Normal Refund: The process may take 3 to 5 working days, depending on the bank.
  • Discount Code: We can issue a discount code for the amount, which will be provided on the same day.
